Responsible Gambling

HOW DO WE COMMIT TO RESPONSIBLE GAMING?

Playing at an online casino should always remain a form of entertainment. That said, a certain share of players lose the ability to keep their gambling under control. Before you start playing, keep in mind that gambling must never be treated as a way to earn income or to pay off debts. It’s a good habit to monitor both the time and the money you spend at an online casino each day.

If you notice that you’re spending more money than you can afford, or that gaming is starting to interfere with your everyday routine, we strongly recommend looking into measures that can help — for example, setting Limits on your play, choosing Self-Exclusion, or reaching out to trusted independent organizations for support. You can take a gambling addiction quiz to check whether you’re showing signs of a gambling problem.

2. Gaming Problem

Many everyday activities can turn into a problem when not kept in moderation — think of alcohol, shopping, or video games. Gambling is no different. The signs of addiction are often difficult to notice, whether in yourself or someone close to you, and they don’t always revolve around money. Gambling can sometimes be a symptom of a deeper issue.

Sometimes a game becomes a way to escape from, rather than face, another problem. The underlying motivation can be so hidden from the person’s own awareness that they don’t recognize the real issue or its potential consequences. When that happens, professional support is available.

Catching this kind of behavior early, before real-world consequences set in, is essential. Unfortunately, the effects of this condition aren’t only physical — they can also take a toll financially and socially.

Fortunately, the vast majority of people can enjoy betting and gaming throughout their lives without it ever becoming a problem.

3. How do I tell if I am at risk?

Here are eight rules for playing more safely on R2pbet

4. Our Service and Tools

R2pbet provides a broad set of tools designed to support you if you feel a dependency on gambling may be developing.

R2pbet has introduced a range of measures so members can play and bet in a secure environment. Your account has been built and configured to let you enjoy the experience safely.

Whenever you play games of skill and chance involving money, the outcome is by nature uncertain. Even after a coin lands on heads ten times in a row, the odds of tails on the next flip remain exactly 50%.

There are several ways to make your overall experience both safer and more enjoyable. To use the deposit limit feature, you’ll need to log in to your Account. We encourage you to think about applying these measures whenever you play on R2pbet.

5. Limits

Deposit limits are a core part of our Responsible Gaming Policy and help you control how much you spend. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit, or combine several limits for added control.

We recommend that members put a cap on how much money they spend. You can do this easily under ‘My Account’, then ‘Responsible Gaming’, by entering an amount in one or more of the ‘Daily Limit’, ‘Weekly Limit’, or ‘Monthly Limit’ fields. Setting yourself a budget this way is a smart move — if you start playing beyond it, you’ll be notified.

Once a deposit limit is set, any request to raise or remove it will only take effect after 24 hours. This delay gives you time to reflect on whether increasing your deposit limit is really what you want. Requests to lower a limit, or to set one for the first time, take effect right away. You can also set Wagering Limits to control the maximum amount you’re willing to wager within a given time period.

5.2. Daily Limits

Daily limits apply over a 24-hour window. Like all limits, they take into account the amount deposited within the previous period. For instance, if you’ve already deposited €20 in the last 24 hours and you set a daily deposit limit of €20, you won’t be able to deposit again until another 24 hours have passed since your last deposit. If you’ve deposited €10 in the last 24 hours and set a daily limit of €20, you’ll be able to deposit no more than €10 more until 24 hours have passed since your last deposit

5.3. Weekly Limits

Weekly limits apply over a 168-hour window. As with all limits, they take into account the amount deposited within the previous period. For instance, if you’ve already deposited €20 in the last 168 hours and you set a weekly deposit limit of €20, you won’t be able to deposit again until another 168 hours have passed since your last deposit. If you’ve deposited €10 in the last 168 hours and set a weekly limit of €20, you’ll be able to deposit no more than €10 more until 168 hours have passed since your last deposit.

Note: If you already have a daily limit set and then set a weekly limit lower than it, your daily limit will be removed and only the weekly limit will apply. If your weekly deposit limit is higher than your daily limit, you still can’t exceed the weekly cap. For example, with a €10 daily limit and a €20 weekly limit, you could deposit up to €10 per day for two days, but no further deposits would be possible until 168 hours have passed since your last deposit.

5.4. Monthly Limits

Monthly limits apply over a 720-hour window. Like all limits, they take into account the amount deposited within the previous period. For instance, if you’ve already deposited €50 in the last 720 hours and you set a monthly deposit limit of €50, you won’t be able to deposit again until another 720 hours have passed since your last deposit. If you’ve deposited €20 in the last 720 hours and set a monthly limit of €50, you’ll be able to deposit no more than €30 more until 720 hours have passed since your last deposit.

Note: If you already have a daily and/or weekly limit in place and then set a monthly limit lower than those, those limits will be removed and only the monthly limit will apply. If your monthly limit is higher than your daily and weekly limits, you still can’t exceed the monthly cap. For example, with a €10 daily limit, a €20 weekly limit, and a €50 monthly limit, you could deposit up to €10 per day for two days, but no further deposits would be possible until 168 hours have passed since your last deposit.
